Electricity is to be used to maintain batteries, and to run refrigerator.
Air condition units are permitted when loading or unloading your RV, or when cleaning the RV only. Air condition units
can not be left on during storage unless additional fee is paid.
A one time administration fee of $25.00 and a $150.00
refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required with all rentals.Damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded in full after vacating
if 10 day vacate notice is given, area is left clean, and no damage was done to the property.
Enclosed and covered parking areas have electricity at most sites, and electricity is included
in the rental rates. Rental rates on all units include the membership fee for the private R V wash. All tenants
must provide insurance documents on the item being stored as well as proof of liability which could be on the vehicle itself,
orvehicle used to tow, *Indoor Comparables done in greater New Orleans area in August 2019.
